Moody Mats - Refund policy

At Moody Mats, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality, which undergo a rigorous quality check before reaching you. If you receive a product that is damaged, stained, or has more than a 5-7% size variation, please follow these steps:

Reporting Issues
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your rug by emailing us at moodymatsbusiness@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the damage or defect.
- Ensure that all tags and labels are intact and the product is unused.

Resolution Options
- Based on the nature of the issue, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.
- Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable.

Product Condition
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, labels, and tags.
- Do not use, wash, alter, or soil the rug. Any damage or alteration will void the return eligibility.
- Altered or illegible serial numbers will also render the return invalid.

Quality Inspection
- Returns will be processed only after the product passes a quality inspection.
- If a defective or damaged item is received, we will replace it at no additional cost once the defect is confirmed.

Important Notes
- All products are custom-made upon order confirmation, so returns are not accepted once a purchase is made.
- For any damage encountered during shipment, please record an unboxing video and send it to us.
- Delays in notifying us of issues or returning products may result in rejection of the return request.

Note: Moody Mats reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Non-qualifying items will be returned at the customer's expense, and refunds will not be issued.
